WD40 is a water displacing lubricant - petroleum based stuff. Great for what it's designed for, and several years ago was a folk remedy for arthritis :

Well, my brother went around and sprayed all my tires. If I use some 303 on it will it help alleviate any damage the WD-40 may have caused?

I'm going to take a WAG as say that once the WD-40 is in the rubber, it's there and can not be reversed. However, tires are pretty tough and I would guess that one application will not have any adverse affects. If it were me, I would call the tire company tech dept and ask them for an opionion.

Great. Now I've got to clean Coke off my screen. That really needed a drink alert.

Ok all you WD-40 experts. Taken from the WD-40 website.
Quote: 9 uses found.
Shines car tires
Shines bike tires
Shines wheelbarrow tires
Cleans white wall tires
Helps clean sidewalls on tires
Keeps boat tires non squeaky and lubricated
Lubricates air nozzle caps on tires
Loosens valve stems on lawnmower tires
Lubricates air holes before inserting hand air pump nozzle onto tires
I would think that if WD-40 puts it on the website, then it would be OK. Maybe not what everyone would do but not harmful.

It is important to note that at the bottom of the uses list on the WD-40 Web site is a disclaimer that reads.
"The uses of WD-40 described on this website were provided to WD-40 Company by end-users of the product, and do not constitute recommendations or suggestions for use of WD-40 by WD-40 Company. These uses, including the "Use of the Day," have not been tested by WD-40 Company. Consumers should exercise common sense whenever using WD-40. Always follow the instructions and take heed of any warnings printed on the
WD-40 packaging." Jack

WD-40 on tires is a new one to me, but I don't think one application will do any long term harm. Just wash the tires and press on. By the way, most high line tire dressings are solvent based.
