Just curiuos as to what t.v. everybody is using. Im in the market for a new one and wanted to get an idea of the most popular of the Big three. Im driving a Chevy 2500 hd Duramax right now , but thinking of going with the cummins this time.

Hot shoters almost exclusively use Dodge. Depending on the region of the country you live in will dictate what is the most popular truck. Really does not matter two whits what you get, just drive all of them and pick the one that fits you the best and the one the DW likes best and you can't go wrong.

I have an '06 Ford F250 PSD. Love it for towing. It has the built in tow command system and engine braking. Good for the steep hills of California.

Each brand has it's pros and cons. I prefer Dodge and the Cummins under the hood.

Assuming you're talking about buying new...

From what I've read from owners of all 3 brands of trucks, all are having some issues with the "Check engine" lights coming on more frequently since the new emissions standards were addded, and the Ford 6.4L may use a little more fuel than the others. No glaring "watch out for this" kind of things with the most recent diesels from the big 3.

In April of 2008 I purchased a 2008 2500 Dodge.
QuadCab
6.7L Diesel
automatic
shortbed
2-wheel drive
3:73 posi-traction
exhaust-brake standard.

Great truck, have about 1,100 miles on it.
Newly retired and working on a deal for a 5th wheel to pull around the country with the new Dodge.
Go diesel and enjoy life with ease.

July 23rd 07 I bought an 07 qc 4x4 3500 Ram Laramie, leather split bench(I like this better than buckets) every other option except NAV system and a sunroof. 5.9L cummins and a 48re tranny. I have never been happier with a truck. I have towed with a 91 1500 chevy 350tbi, 99 chevy 2500ls 6.0 vortec, 04 King Ranch F-350 6.0psd(this one hurt bad).

I have an 05 Dodge Cummins and love it. I get 24 + Mpg at 65 MPH. Towing was 11-12 MPG. Lots of power and tow/haul works almost as well as ex. brake. Sold trailer and thinking of switching to small MH such as Aspect 26 ft. when I get truck sold.

I have a '95 RCA here with 25" tube. It works great, has a great picture, never had a problem with it in 13 years. Too bad they all went digital now.

I love my new Dodge and I loved my old Dodge, both Cummins and both with exhaust brakes. I won't even go into my rant that I wouldn't own a diesel without one.
