Can't wait for the Texas State Fair in Dallas, some of us Sebring convertible owners are meeting and plan on eating our way through the grounds.
Here in Texas if you fry it and put gravy on it we will probably eat it!!
Vietnamese dog cooking is okay, but the Korean style is better. And yes, I've eaten it.

This year they are serving bacon covered with chocolate at the MN State Fair. It is 1/3lb bacon fried and covered with chocolate. And to top it off, it is served on a stick!

Hey Julie........I will put my fried Oreos up next to these things any time. I bet I can even figure out how to put them on a stick too. YUM YUM
Last thing I tried "On a stick" was fried potatoes. There was no stick, guess they thought because the potatoes were as hard as a stick, they could leave that part out. Wasted a good 5 bucks!

As far as the potato on a stick...well there is this vendor in Mission, TX that has perfected this art.
I mean he takes what would normally be a ribbon potato and puts it on a stick, fries it up and sell it for $4.00.
He is at the Los Portales Flea Market. It is soooo good and easy to eat. I love the no plate idea.

You'd just have to make a bread bowl, put a very very thick potato and bacon soup in it, then deep fry.
Be like a kind of deep fried soup eclair...
