Robin, here is another example:

"The Steelers are losing to Jacksonville, 7-0"

(Steelers is the subject, and "losing" is the present participle of the verb "are")

Will have to see how things work out. Did not know it had a oil filter. Have to check and see what size and pick one up.

Hmmmmm, what happened the Steelers with Big Ben seemed to have done in the Jags. By the way, did you see our son in the audience? He has season tickets to the Jags games.

Larry you might be politically and grammarically correct in the above statement BUT the content of said sentence is quite inaccurate and really far from the final outcome. WAY TO GO STEELERS
