Since it seems that planning ideas are jumping threads...
I don't agree with having the planning meeting on Friday. Too many people are not rolling in until later, and I think we need to give as many people as possible the opportunity to jump into the conversation. Sometime on Saturday is traditional, and the optimum amount of people can attend.

Ok so the Friday meeting idea don't cut it... Saturday afternoon whenever we can get everyone together???? Just before the game???

How's about we strategically locate a postin' board sommers in the genral vercinty of most Ohio Rallyer's sites whenst the first ofnus arrive and let anyone post dates and locations whenever. Then, (this here's whar it gits really good) we bring the postin' board to the eatin area on Saturday. Then we just digest our plans along with our dinner, ya see?

Hey there Ohio Ralliers! I have just made reservations on the last site (#17) for this rally. Office says they only have one other open site in the park. We will be leaving the teenage girl home (with big sis) to deal with her various activities. Wow - a weekend alone!
I will post menu items later.

Hey Dee and Jim, I just called Evergreen and extended my stay with them. Mom and I will be arriving after work on Thursday. Most likely won't be there till 7:30 or so. Hope someone has a campfire going, and a nice pot of hot chocolate!!!
OH, and in case some of you are wondering, I am in jail again. Just call me "OTIS"!
