How's this....
5PM Sat; Flamingo auction, followed by dinner and the 2009 planning meeting while we eat, game at 8PM.
I agree, we need to do the planning at an event where there isn't as much going on. Like Mohican!!! Part of our planning this year can be when the next planning meeting will be held.

Steve, if you had a proposed plan for the planning meeting at a planned event, then it would have been plain to all of us as to when to participate. You schedule looks perfect to me!

It's Deja vu all over again ... Isn't this about the same schedule as last years (or close to it) auction, dine and discuss, then cheer. Works for me (us). Now that's what I call planning!
Greyhawk31!
That's great you get to come! I just got a copy of the Rev. list and trying to think who was missing, you were one of them, I was going to try to get a hold of you and see how you were doing and give you a special reminder invite. The rally group is thinking of trying next year to try to find some places over on your side of the state to camp, maybe you might know of some nice CGs.
BlueMax, if some of the group wants to do omlet in the bag Sat. morning thats
fine by us, who ever wants to participate then is welcome. I will post it with the other food lists on the first page. Then I guess we need to ask our special "OMLET MAN" if he could bring his HOT WATER POT! with him. I just thought, we will have to do it at their site or the opposite end of the pavilian
because the office is going to be using the grills for hot dogs the just told me
but still can use the other end for activies.
OH! we will keep the fire burning for you and MoM Thursday night & Hot chocolate! Dee
Thanks for your welcome Jim/Dee. Paul and I are thrilled to be coming! There have been several rallies this year we wanted to attend but were unable to make. Steve has checked our pulse occasionally, which was much appreciated. It will be wonderful to see everyone again.
Friday night we will bring Taco bake for the Mexican night. Saturday night vegetable pizza and pork something! (We keep buying these darned 4-H pigs at the fair.) I'll bring a box of PopTarts to breakfast Sunday morning!

I will post menu items later.
I guess it looks like we won`t be camping then if all is gone. Might just drive up for day.Couldn`t make reservations till I knew if I could get days off.
