We are planning a trip to Pismo in a few weeks ... anyone ready to go

It's not bad anymore. They have fixed the river so it doesn't run out and tear a sink hole to suck trucks in. It maybe gets to be a 1ft to maybe 1.5ft deep. The really bad pic's where from back in the day and when the BIG storms hit. Now people get stuck in the sand getting in but if you are stuck way down in the water ... well you should be more careful

Who took those pictures?

That is painful to look at!

I can only hope the tide was on its way out and the guy was able to wait it out then get some jacks under the trailer and lift the axels out of the sand. I'm not sure there is much more he could have done?

Even though it is painful to look at, I'm a voyer and love this kind of stuff. . . post more! post more!
