We stay at Scenic Hills. Holmes County is one of my favorite spots on earth. Try and go to the auction in Mt. Hope (either Tue. or Wed.). That was the highlight of our trip. Enjoy your trip. Betsy.

We were there in feb for 3 days. Like someone said, it is one of the most beautiful restful places I have ever been. The food is excellent at DEr Dutchman and frankly cheap for a tourist area. We drove the back country around Charm on a Sunday and it was full of Amish in their buggy's coming from church. We saw about 16 little girls walking and laughing, they were beautiful and happy. Made my day.We are going again next year. We are going to camp at Salt Fork SP a beautiful SP about 35 miles from there.
