Can a dealer or salesman, or someone in the know, help me with an estimated wholesale/auction price for a loaded '07 3612 please. We are losing our unit back to the bank due to circumstances assosiated with the economic downturn, and I would like to offer the bank what they would expect to recoup from auction. I know dealers aren't really buying these repo units right now, so the bank may rethink their position on a sitting trailer.
Paul, sorry to hear about your situation. You can go on line to find the wholesale price, but even if the bank would consider that amount you are still liable for the balance of the wholesale price and balance due on the trl. If I may suggest you go to the bank I don't know how long you financed it for but you can get a loan on the trl based just like a home on a 30 year basis refinanced every four years. The price would be way down and you may be able to hang on to the unit. Good luck
From what I can tell as an auto dealer the auctions are full of RV"s that have just been repoed.....I have never seen so many coaches, trailers.... all kinds of RV's just lined up waiting for the repo sale to begin.....They have these sales once a month.....Now is not a good time to try to sell any RV unless you own it outright and are willing to let it go for a lot less! Hope the helps you make a decision.
