I was looking at a used mh Monday and it had 2 seperate furnances in it. I didnt know mh had 2 furnances in them?

It was a 2000 Georgia Boy Cruise Master.

How many other mh have 2 furnances?

Almost all over 36' have 2 furnaces and some over 43' have 3 furnaces. We have 2 gas furnaces and 2 electric heat pumps.

You can also set different temps for the front & rear of your MH and save on fuel when an area will be unoccupied.

Ours (see signature) has two Atwood furnaces. It is sometimes a pain to balance between them, where one is not carrying too much of the load. Since we started using ceramic heaters for camping, about the only time that they run is to protect the tanks between uses because we don't winterize. It is 26 degrees here this morning.

1 furnace 38'9" no problem in the teens and it doesnt cycle that much. Just like a large house, proper setup and insulation you can run 1 large furnace instead of 2.
