Hoping I can "go to school" on all the mechanics out there.
Seems I have a leaking valve on my pass side front airbag.I had it diagnosed at a repair shop on the road. I'm now wintering in Texas and wondering if replacing that valve is something a novice could do. I'm fairly handy with tools, but, didn't bring many along.
I also had my dash blower motor quit working. Checked the fuses, but all were good. No loose wires either.
Any help anyone can offer me would be appreciated.

Hey Rooster,

Sorry about your problems.

I replaced the air valves on my coach a few years ago. Found them on net cheaper than locally. My valves were just a simple disconnect air lines and wire and bolt on new valve. I have older coach so mine maybe somewhat more simple than new coaches.

Good luck.

Your dash blower problem could be the resistor for variable fan speed. Most are located on passenger side where the navigator can hit them with their foot. It may have the connector knocked off.
Your air bag may have standard valves and it could be loose or if you got valve extension lines the small flat washer has gone bad. Some shops have these little seals. If it is leaking where the stem goes into air bag, new air bag time!

Should be a simple matter of disconnecting the lines, just mark the lines with masking tape and un bolting the valve. You don't want to switch the lines or the air pressure will stop at the valve. Also make sure there is no air pressure in the system before you start.
