How many here have eaten Kipper snacks?

YUM! Eggs and kippers!!

My dad was a WWII vet, and that is one of the many tastes he brought home, (and passed on to me), from his "visit"!

I make a mean fondue using Jarlsberg. Vienna Sausages make some tasty dunkin!

Amy likes them with Ritz crackers, canned cheese and either oysters or sardines. Me, I stay away from 'em. Used to eat them when I was a kid, don't taste the same any more.
Now I've heard that they aren't bad lightly fried, but that may be an ugly rumor brought to you by the same people who thought Deney Terrio was a disco God....

they don't taste the same because they now use the lesser grade of hummmm, i think meat. but i love them just the same.
smoked oyeters are great also and i like them with a anchovie wrapped around them.
the smoked mussels are great also.

When I was growing up we ate them in a sandwich with mustard. I don't eat them at all anymore.

Nothing quite so funny as the cat stalking and killing the dreaded vienna sausage...

I love vienna sausages. Plain out of the can or sliced in a mayo and mustard sandwich.

Spam is great too. Especially camping. Fry it for breakfast and slice it for sandwiches.

Kippor Snacks......Oh MY, I haven't had any for years but now I WANT some!!

One time boiling the brains out of a bear skull the smell made me so hungry for potted meat i had to send DW to the store!!!

I used to love vienna saussage. I would eat them right out of the can or slice them and make a sandwich. Either I have changed or the vienna's have changed, now they taste terrible and smell like dog food. Don't want anymore of them unless I get really really hungry.

I like 'em warmed up with a bit of Lawry's Teriyaki Sauce and chunks of pineapple.

Hey! Now they make smoked ones which are not too shabby.
