I put a set on my old '03 Silverado.

They are replacements for the Firestone Steeltex tires.

Most Ambulance and Fire Dept trucks run them here.

I loved them.

I put 2 on the rear of my p/u. They have finally gotten broken as they felt squirrely at first. Guess I rubbed the newness off and they are fine now.

I put a set on my Dodge dually after wearing out the original Goodyear Wranglers. The Wranglers had developed sidewall cracks and were completely worn out by 45,000 miles. I now have about 10,000 miles on the Firestone AT's and absolutely love them! They are wearing evenly with one rotation and they provide good traction in the wet and mild off road driving. They are quiet on the road and they cost about $1100.00 for all six. Goodyear wanted over $2200.00 for replacement Wranglers. I don't think you will find a better value or tire for your money.

I made the switch. I now have 900 miles on my new Transforce HT's. I was set to buy the AT's, but after I made a side by side comparison of the AT,HT and my Bridgestone's, the HT's matched what I was used to in the Bridgestones. So far I am very pleased with my purchase. The ride and handling are as good as the originals. It's nice to have the 1500 pounds of extra capacity. Also, not much variation between the speedo and the GPS. Thanks to all who responded.
