I checked the shoreline to the east...

and checked on Janet... she was happily painting her finger nails...

you probably noticed that we hadn't put the slide out... one of our favorite things about the Lance 1161/1191's... it is totally usefull with the slide in place... especially for stealth boondocking.

Janet was starting early... getting ready for dinner.

We'd made reservations for an early seating at the "Magnolia Grill" on Brooks Street in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

It ranks in our top 5 resturants in 49 states and much of Canada

It's our 49th Wedding Aniversary...

We booked early to be able to park the camper in their parking lot.

We parked even earlier... took showers, dressed, and got inside on time.

A last look... through a crowd of people that were outside signing others up for a half marathon. ( we didn't sign up)

Looking around.... we had the key board guy all to ourselves... Peggy and Tom Rice, the owners knew why we were there, I think from the music he played that it was just for us.

And the musician played on... it turns out he'd worked all of his life as a musician with the big bands. He was perfect... not too loud... set the moods...

we'd ordered...
