Taking my trailer to Shaver Lake/Camp Edison here in the Beautiful California Hills for the first time out this year.
Question:
There is still snow on the ground and temps are about 50f high and 20f low. Will my trailer with the heat on etc. be enough to keep my water/lines from freezing?

Do you have exposed pipes such as low point drains and outside shower?

If you have a exposed pipe from your water tank then it goes through the floor somewhere to the water pump, put a piece of foam pipe insulation on it.

Our trailer has the enclosed underbelly option (kind of like me) and one of the heat ducts terminates in the underfloor area. So, if you have that too, you should be OK... If not, you're probably still OK, I'd leave the cabinet doors open where you have plumbing just to provide a little more heat into the areas with piping. Your hot water tank will be fine, cause it's on and heating. Good Luck..

How long will it be in the 20's? If it's only going to be down there for a couple of hours, then you should be fine with the heat running.

You MORE THAN LIKELY will be fine that way but no way for anyone HERE to say for sure. Most RVs loose enough heat to even heat a non enclosed belly enough to protect when temps are in the mid 20s AND no wind is blowing. If your trailer is better insulated AND it's windy out AND it stays at 20 degrees for very long, you could have a problem. The proof is ALWAYS in the details. Probably the weak points to watch are the water hose and possibly the dog shower.
