Out on the road for a while. With noticed that she will not have enough soap for the Splendide. No that we should use low suds in that machine. We're in the middle of nowhere in Utah desert. Can't even find a grocery or wet you whistle. Will be near a Walmart Supercenter next weekend. Got suggestions on brand of soap?

The brand isn't nearly as important as the quantity.

Our preference is to find unscented liquids.

Over about 10 years of owing Splendide washers, we have found that about 1/4 the amount you normally use (if using the cap, use 1/4) works GREAT.

This advise and/or opinion is worth what you paid for it

Look for the detergents marked HE for high efficiency machines. You only need about 2 tablespoons per load.

We have used many different brands, all work well, but use 2 tablespoons or less depending on load size.

What brand has she been using? If she's happy with it, why not look for that brand. I'll tell you one thing, I will in no way, shape or form, ever second guess my wife on soap! She knows what she likes, and what she likes is what she gets!

I buy the washeze sheets ffrom camping world. Or go online to www.washeze.com and buy it from them. There are 10 sheets per box and has the detergent, softener and static control all in one sheet. It is worth every penny and doesn't take up any room. Been using it for 2 years now.
