Is this years show just a little weird. Many of the really decent dancers have been voted off. I like Ty, but lets face it he really does not belong still. He still dances to stiff, improved but stiff. I thought for sure it would come down between Gile, Lil Kim and Melissa. Guess this weeks show should be interesting.

Perhaps your correct, but since the viewers are the ones who vote, sounds like more viewers like Ty than some of the other "better?" dancers.

That makes it a popularity contest and not really about the dancing. I gave up on the show for that reason.

It happens every year that someone hangs on a lot longer than they should or gets the boot before they should. You gotta like Ty as a person but lets face it, based on his dancing he should have been gone two weeks ago. I think there is more depth to this years crop than any previous year though.
Watching how much some of them improve over the weeks is the most interesting thing about this show for me.

They lost me last night when Len gave Shawn an 8. Ty has shown remarkable improvement but let's face it...it is time for him to go. Actually, last week it was time instead of Li'l Kim. Melissa is my favorite but it appears the handwriting is on the wall...the judges have picked Gilles. I do not think he deserved a perfect 60 based on the scores recorded for all the other dancers.
Both retired. Travel with Nicky the Schnoodle. Son graduated and is teaching high school math. We notice he still prefers to use our checkbook! We still love our 2006 34' Allegro Bay XB and have 25,000+ miles on her.

I think Gilles does so good because he is not afraid to use his can when doing the latin dances. Most of the other guys still look uncomfortable doing the shimmies and shakes, Gilles just goes for it. Im not as impressed with the smooth dances. I think he stands the best shot, but Melissa may take it with the hold over pitty vote. Ty should have been gone a few weeks ago even with all the improvement. Just shows you that rodeo fans are out there voting. I would love to see Shaune upset them all and take the trophy. I think she is just a cutie.
I think the problem I have with the judges is they seem to pick a favorite early in the season and stick with them. Then if they have one lousy dance they will make it look like they are really dissapointed. Oh well.

Though I agree I would love to see them put an RV show on, I enjoy ballroom dance and catch it when I can on PBS, so I really enjoy watching Dancing.

I think Ty and Chelsie will be gone tonight. Viewing DWTS from the first show I would have to say Ty is the most improved dancer. I have never voted except for the last two weeks. I voted for Ty, not because he is the best dancer but because needs support.
