Dont know if this is the right place to post , so feel free to move if needed.
Does anyone here keep a daily log while on the road, mileage, fuel cost, campground info, highlights, animals seen. Do you have a premade form you use, if so could you share it

Thanks

We have been keeping a daily log since first camping, and get the logs at Camping World. I only put in certain info like start mileage ,end mileage, fuel stops, construction, weather condidtions, where I stop for the night , fuel cost's and any other cost's for the day. This helps when discussing trips in the future. Joe

I use the Camper's Daily Log from Camping World and fill it out along with other info like where we ate lunch, supper, etc. Found by putting Site # in next to Campground, if I go back to that particular campground and I really liked the site, I can request it. Have the logs back to 1992 now. I also put in gas mileage, cost per gal, etc. Total up daily expenses and circle it. On the last page, put total trip cost. Easy and small to keep around.

I carry a hand held tape recorder and tape my trips. Then when I get back home I just type up what I want to keep on my computer.

This is an excellent idea! It might cut down on "Miss I'm never wrong's" arguments also!
