bjctjc72,
You attempt failed because you used a URL for a page that contains a picture. That type of URL can be used to create a link like this one
click to see page with picture
To display a picture, you will need a direct URL to the picture, one that looks like this
https://public.bay.livefilestore.com/y1pth_yXYWaTy1A-KsOH9Ui5Idh2dWPkfJAPNlcIL6k3meHczKJqJz2cE7pqY23WSL8f-NsVrsFc8-tivOhTYpTtQ/camper%20pic2.jpg
If that URL is place in the message window's Image tool, , this picture results.

The site you are using does not make it easy to get the direct URL. I place the URL you used in the address bar of my browser and opened the page containing the picture. I clicked on View Original, which open a browser window that displayed the picture. I copied the URL from the address bar of the new window, stripped off '?psid=1' from the right end and used the Image tool.
There are other host sites that are easier to use. There are tutorials for four of them in the FAQs at the top of this forum.

bjctjc72 and BoonHauler,
Hopefully you will come back to this thread.
If your picture is no more than 640 pixels wide, don't use any size parameters, leave those fields blank.
If your picture is greater than 640 pixels, enter 640 in the width field and leave the height parameter blank.
The display engine will only use the first one it sees. If you are using the message window's image tool, that will be height. The other dimension is scaled automatically to keep the picture in proportion.
If you have a tall picture, then you can shrink the height by using only the height parameter. The recommended maximum height is 480 pixels.
