First let me say my husband and myself are not mechanically inclined but are willing to try to fix some things. Our Winegard was working just fine but now when you turn it on, the satellite searches for the signal but the arms are staying straight up with the satellite dish instead of opening up like they are supposed to. I have sent Winegard an e-mail but they haven't responded yet. I have also looked at the manual and do not see anything relating to this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

Thank you!

I assume you mean -2003?
The rubber bumper is stuck to the dish. I had this happen to mine only once after washing the RV and had to climb up and help it. I too will sent them an email just so they know they have a problem brewing.

Correction, it is a SK-3005

Thanks for your response. My husband will go on the roof today to see if anything is stuck.

Unfortunately in our area, we don't have any authorized Winegard dealers.

I had the same problem after spending a week on a beach front site with some high winds. I called their help line, better then a email, and he told me that sand must have jammed it up. He told me to go on top of the trailer and move the arm by hand to loosen it up. Worked and no problem since.
