My good friend is about to purchace a 2001 Monaco Diplomat. Looks like a great deal and the unit is like new. Any pros or cons on this Motorhome would be appreciated.It has 43,000 miles washer dryer and many other upgrade options. $62,000.00. Denny

$62k is WAY too high in today's market. $50k may be too high since no one is getting low retail anymore.
Remember, it is not what someone owes, it is what the RV is worth.

LOL I always love the armchair appraisals on here.
First, look into the maintenance history and overall condition. If it's good and complete and a worry-free cream-puff, that alone is worth its weight in gold, regardless of economic climate (IMO.)
You get what you pay for.
