When I bought my TC the fridge would not cool properly. Come to find out the fiberglass insulation near the top of the fridge was not installed correctly and was blocking the flow of air up the vent. Corrected the problem and it worked fine. Good air flow around the coils is essential.

I also did what Conch did. I have a cheapy orange solar panel battery charger thing that I put on the roof which plugs into small computer fan via 12v cigar lighter connection zip-tied below the fridge coils to push air up to the vent to help circulation when parked in direct sunlight. Good luck.

I put a computer fan at the bottom of the coils, blowing up. I had it in there for two days (100+ outside), and I could not tell any difference. I guess I will have to take a look at putting baffles in.

my fan is about half way up the back side of the frig. You could try moving it up from the bottom and see if that helps.

I read the information in the link you provided, rvmobile.com. In the fan paragraph one of the things it says is: "The important thing to remember is that the fan should be installed above the cooling unit, preferably right at the roof vent. The purpose of the fan is to improve the draft, not to blow air onto the cooling unit."

I find it interesting thinking back on the number of post I have read, stating people have put fans in the bottom, blowing across the coils, and they lowered the temp of their refer. I had no change doing that, and my experience is supported by RVMoble.

It also looks like I need to improve the venting. Mine is Bad Venting 1. I need it modify to Good Venting 1, probably using 1" foam insulation. My refer has from 2 to 3 inches clearance in the back.
