You sure can. Get it as clean as possible, then apply as thick as you can.

Thanks to all of you for sharing information on this topic. I'm still undecided as to what action I'm going to take. The rubber roof is 13 years old but does not have leaks (knock on wood) nor any signs of cracking.

I called Dicor and spoke with a woman in tech support. I explained that I was thinking about coating the roof and looking for advice. She said the roof should last 20 to 25 yrs with proper cleaning. She said if my roof is not cracking or showing up with "alligator" cracks, then just leave it as it is. She said it is not necessary to coat it if there are no problems.

So still undecided at this time.

yes, when i repaired the Alum roof on our previous MH

I washed it let dry, then scrubbed it with large scotch brite pad, wipe cleaned with a clean dry cloth, then put on the the Liquid Roof

it totaly sealed all the 'pin holes' in the alum


Options, always have options, and the journey goes much smoother
....

near killed me looks bad works ok. starting to get small blisters that dont seem to effect the membrane. if i were to do it again ide not do it in fl sun try to have 2 helpers and scaffold the rig
