Thanks to all of you for sharing information on this topic. I'm still undecided as to what action I'm going to take. The rubber roof is 13 years old but does not have leaks (knock on wood) nor any signs of cracking.
I called Dicor and spoke with a woman in tech support. I explained that I was thinking about coating the roof and looking for advice. She said the roof should last 20 to 25 yrs with proper cleaning. She said if my roof is not cracking or showing up with "alligator" cracks, then just leave it as it is. She said it is not necessary to coat it if there are no problems.
near killed me looks bad works ok. starting to get small blisters that dont seem to effect the membrane. if i were to do it again ide not do it in fl sun try to have 2 helpers and scaffold the rig
