I think your missing the whole point. This is the next invasion of Chinese into the crumbling RV Market. The next thing will be one with FLEETWOOD on the side. After that the pattern is all to familiar.
A govermaent program to administer the supply to all those currently using a shopping cart. The possibilities are endless. With slight modifications you could sell ice cream or hot dogs.
