I am going to purchase a new RV in the US. I would like to borrow the money in US funds and pay it back in US funds. Is it possible?

The real issue is whether you can get a loan thru a US institution.

This is very possible. Find a Canadian bank that will loan you US dollars, and will allow you to repay them with US dollars. The other option is to find a US bank that will loan money to a Canadian citizen (which I assume you are). Then merely repay that loan with US dollars as the loan will have been made in US dollars.
