Lots of unhappy new Cougars and Outbacks in that video! What a shame, both for the campers and everyone affected by this flooding. I wish all those folks in the area a speedy recovery effort.

I came thru that with my MH towing when it started. All I can tell you is I have never seen THAT much rain come down so quick, at one time and for so long and for as many days as it did. It was my trip from hell. 5hr trip out of KY to east side of Atlanta took 12 hours. First time in my life I ever saw a 4 lane Interstate Flood!

They had a levy break too and the news footage I saw of that looked just like the ones from Katrina.

To bad they couldn't of moved them. There are some class A's up near the building, and the photographer is on dry land, seems a few could of been moved. Maybe they did and ran out of high ground... who knows. Either way, what a shame... for everyone involved. I lost a home through fire started by a lightning strike, so I can relate to the feelings they are having right now. My heart goes out to them.

Cheap trailers for sale, minor water damage...

The class A section is at the top far end of the picture. The class A's were not moved, they were flooded too. The couple you see by the building are probably customer's rv's. That's where they install CW add on goodies. They have about 35 to 40 class A's on site.

They did move a lot of trailers. There is a lower lot near where the video was taken. If those had been there they would have only had the roofs showing. I don't know how bad the MH's got it, they had some TT's from the lower lot parked in between them and the water looked like it only got axle deep on them.

Of course they are open, they are trying to dry them out. See post above about the minor water damage.

Look at all those Dometic air conditioners that will ease the backlog that Dometic currently has.

Lets hope the government steps up to help all the people affected like they did in New Orleans.

Ahhh, but what is kept on the lower lot? The lower lot is where most of the used units are kept. I wonder if the used inventory is not insured or something.

I hope they do more than that. Next to nothing was done in New Orleans. It is still a mess years later, but I digress.
