Get my 33' washed for $70, done at Cherry RV Storage in Long Bch, CA, wash & wax will be about $10/ft. The guy that does it carries a $1,000,000 insurance policy in case he or his helper screws up our motorhome or neighboring ones or falls off the roof. If one of these underpaid, uninsured workers has an unfortunate accident, who pays for damages and medical?

Fatmanobx - What's wrong with $5.00 is that it is not even minimum wage. That being said, I would be embarrassed to ask anyone to work for less than minimum wage to do anything for me. Not that I have a ton of money but that kind of effort deserves at least $10. per hour in my book. It is takes 2 or 3 guys 5 or 6 hours to do then you get a deal. The least amount of time it takes is better for you not them....
My point. Kids that are big enough to take on a job as big as cleaning a motorhome should be paid a fair wage is the only point I was making.

Kind of risky using cheap labor (uninsured labor ). They take a big step off the roof or otherwise get hurt your left holding the medical bills .

I've had the coach washed and waxed at many resorts while traveling in the winter.

My coach is 36' and it has cost from $80 on the low end to $110 on the high end. I've had it washed, waxed, tire treatment, chrome polish and rain x put on the glass last year for $175

I get my 37 footer washed and waxed every year when we go the the Texas Valley (Mission, TX). A guy there does it for $140. He has three helpers, and they had wash the coach, including the roof and awnings, and then hand wax with Meguires, not some cheap spray on wax. Also Armorall the tires and polish the chrome. Does the whole job in about 3 hours. At other times, I have it washed at a truck wash near my home for $55, including the roof.

Yeah - I've used the Blue Beacon on I-610 a few times. $35 for my 36' plus a couple of dollars for Rainex. They do a good job.

Just look for a truck wash, There along the interstate, I paid $50.00 in Los Vegas, that included the toad on the back end. Told me to leave it on there, a lot easier then having to go around the block to pick it up. Good Luck and keep it clean. Bill

Where at? I'm heading there soon and would rather let them do it.
