We own our lot in Mission, and it has a coach house on it. Our electric is 12.5KW, locked in for three years. We do run the air quite a bit, and use all the facilities in the coach house alot, including the W/D...last year our bill averaged $110.00 per month. I'm sure if we practiced conservation it could be lessened...

Last year we were paying $16.50 for a 30# propane refill...hope this helps.

Our park charged .15 perKWH last year. Our average bill was $40+. Refer on elec, WH on gas, very very little A/C. As you can tell, a lot depends on you.
