We are looking for an RV park that offers a shuttle to the theme parks. We have a Class A 35 ft and I am traveling to Orlando on Dec 11-14 for business. I decided to drive our Class A from Georgia to there and let my family attend theme parks while I am at the PRI show. I checked with KOA and they do not have a shuttle. I was wondering if any one knows of any RV parks( besides disney RV park0 that offers shuttles to theme parks.

Thank you

Check with Tropical Palms. I think they offer shuttle service for a slight fee. Also, it depends on what park you're going to. All are south of Orlando but Universal is about 10 miles north of WDW and Seaworld is about 2 miles ENE of WDW.

Did you look at Fort Summit KOA? They used to offer shuttles to Disney.

Try KOA (Buena Vista, I think) and Theme World - both in Davenport (8 miles to WDW). Both have signs advertising shuttles to attractions.

KOA in Davenport, FL has a daily (free I think, gratuities accepted) shuttle to Epcot. From there one can go to the other parks.

We stayed at Tropical Palms a few years back and they offered a shuttle to Epcot, I think the cost was $6/person. From there, you could visit any of the parks. For the additional money for a shuttle you may just better off at Fort Wilderness when you factor everything in.

Fort Summit KOA and KOA (Buena Vista) are the same place. You will be much happier staying next door at Theme World (they are Passport America). It is just a better run campground. Just posting from my experience with both.

Have not tried Tropical Palms but have heard good comments about them.

Give them a call to make sure: Theme World (863)-424-8362, Tropical Palms (407)-396-4595

Fort Summit shuttle used to be free. Why don't you try for a cancellation at Fort Wilderness?
