Check out the link - 2700 lb payload is more than most diesel 2500's... Just wondering how it will handle that big 5er?

You are kidding, right?? My wife's Saturn has more HP and Torque than that thing. I do suppose it could hold the weight of my trailer pin weight sitting still but that's about it.

Well the 2750lbs is probably MINUS weight of driver, engine, steering wheel, seats, diesel fuel, engine oil....
so 500# Actual payload should be close

Something that ugly should only be pulling a 30-year old trailer, preferably with a moonshine rig hanging off the end.

Quote ; 2700 lb payload is more than most diesel 2500's"

Your kidding right !!

Newer gen 2500 diesel have a 6000 + RAWR have over 3000 lbs of payload. GM is a lighter truck and has more than 3k payloads in many cases.

The minnie truck in the clickie probably doesn't have load range E tires or a full floating axle as a 2500 diesel powered truck does for carrying big loads.

Looks like another minnie truck with a minnie diesel which should be great for getting high mpgs for those that don't need a full size truck. It would make a great grocery getter.
