I love the Artic Fox (interior and room), but mine is an 06 alum frame and I have the nose delamination. It does set outside all the time. I think it would be wise to always park a TC under a cover. Seems as most brands do have some problems with leaks. I totally agree.....it should be done correctly the first time...this is why so many people drive Hondas instead of Chevrolets in our country today....remember the 70's and early 80's junk the big 4 built during those years. I wonder how the Japaneese would build a TC????

Are you still having water intrusion problems or do you think the adhesive they use is just separating? The second time mine happened they shipped a new prefabed sheet from Oregon to Va plant because they said they use a different better process there. My second issue was an adhesive failure not a leak. I put a strip of eternabond across the main seam just for good measure and no problem since. I've been looking to get a class c unit and I can't believe how many have had delamination that I've looked at, and not very old ones either. The rv industry should be ashamed of themselves if this is the best they can or are willing to do !!! Imagine if the auto industry said you had to recualk your car twice a year to keep it water tight. These simple to fix problems should just not exist nowadays.

IMO and not to start a flame war, Arctic Fox should be steered clear of as they have been shown to not have a clue how to manufacture TC's well. That they slapped on eternabond and it still delaminated speaks volumes as to their ability to find and fix, for good, a problem.
We all understand that water intrusion is the single biggest reason for all kinds of failures in RV's. Knowing this, all of us should have a sealtech leak test performed to locate areas that are or will be issues for us in the future. Fix the identified areas and you should be very well along to many trouble free years of leak free TC enjoyment. If you own an Arctic Fox this should very much be at the top of your to do list. IMO.

I have a very stong feeling that AF will be making better campers in the next year or two.... but that doesn't help anything made in 2009 and back. It's my understanding that they plan to go proactive to make a better product.
I don't know if Lance will take any measures to make their products better.
