I like and use my dinette. Would not have a C without one, and I consider the sofa next to useless, compromised as seating and sleeping, trying to meet both needs.

But I don't demand that RV manufacturers get rid of the sofas, give me a bigger dinette. I go find the floorplan that fits my needs, knowing that one that doesn't is for a customer with different needs.

To demand that all Bs and Cs be made to your preference is unreasonable. You are not the only customer, your preferences are not the only preference.

Banish all particle board and soft******wood that is not suitable for structure. If it looks like wood it must be wood. No vinyl/paper stuck on garbage.

You are describing either of my two bornfrees. The 22 footer or the 24 footer. I had a full sized closet and a good sized fridge and the 22 foot had twin sofa beds and the 24 foot has 2 flexsteel chairs and a sofa and a cab over as well as full bath and is all wood and is all screwed together. There are no nails or glue in the coach.

I like our dinette, we play a lot of Yahtzee, card and board games. We use it to eat on and read the paper plus it makes one of the most comfortable beds. The storage under the dinette seats is also very important to us.

I hear yah. Here's our custom twin sofa/bed set-up.
We don't have have 'any' table and was concerned about it.
Found that what works great, in place of a table is serving size trays, like the ones used in fast-food restaurants.

Also note the large windows, was also concerned about them too, but it really makes riding in back much more enjoyable, everyone has a picture window view.

...and back in the corner is our basic Engle Fridge and Microwave setup.

While I appreciate the beauty, luxury, and utility of what you have here, and I'm sure it meets your needs, it would never work for us. It has the impression of being more of a party van than a motorhome.

It would never work for myself, the wife, two kids (sometimes with a friend or two), and two dogs. More than a night in your space, and I'd go stir crazy.

It also wouldn't work as our "club headquarters" during astronomy club dark sky star parties. During such events, the motorhome is used as a warming hut, a kitchen for preparing snacks and beverages for a large group of people, a place for "potty breaks"...and sometimes all this while my wife sleeps in the bedroom. We sometimes find ourselves in the wee hours of the morning with 4-6 people sitting at the dinette, three of four more on the sofa, and one in the barrel chair sipping hot chocolate, coffee, and sometimes some single malt (for warming purposes only).

As everyone has their unique preferences and needs, I don't see that posting a "heads up" of individual needs, as if we all feel the same way, serves much purpose.

We just got back from a drive to FL and back - and my one gripe with our 28' "C" with no slides is the bathroom: specifically, the fact that the toilet sits wedged between the wall and vanity. I will put this is delicately as possible, but Hubby (skinny tall guy with long arms) prefers the campground restrooms because the simple act of "wiping" is so difficult in ours....

My neighbor, who has a different brand of 28' C, has the same problem.

That sounds about right must be a Fleetwood. Sounds exactly like our "bathroom" in our Jamboree 26Q

I spent a few years in the MH manufacturing industry.
Nothing has really changed. Most of the people that design the things have never used one.

Agreed! I laughed out loud when I read the OP's presumptuous "demands" for class B and C (*very* different animals!)floor plan designs.

There are lots of manufacturers of variously-sized class B, B+, and C rigs, all with ranges of options and floor plans and "amenities". Do the research and get what works for *you*. YMMV!
