Went to put anti-freeze in the lines today and the pump wouldn't prime. Now this is under the bed and in a not so convenient place. So I got a mouthful of water and blew it into the hose and the pump took offf and did what it was supposed to do.Another fine example of just the small things that can and do go wrong that need a simple fix.

You need to open a faucet "first" so the pump will have someplace for the "stuff" to go.
Fortunately I've never had BAD problems getting the pump primed, but it can be cantankerous....VERY cantankerous! Open faucets, close faucets, say some Hail Mary's, and I would swear that a shot of water from the pressurized water hook up can help.
