Here ya go. Sometimes ya have to read the fine print at the bottom. This is the Corporate website. The small print at the bottom of the Morgan Resorts website stated they were managed by the above company, so I looked them up. If you click on the "Contact Info" there's a form that you can fill out but the bottom of the main page has their corporate address. If you do contact them via phone, email or snail mail first and foremost, be polite. Cite exact problems if you can. And let them know that they have bad reviews on multiple websites. Tell them they are losing business because of this and it's in their best interest to get their act together.
You are making the assumption that I care whether or not they clean up their act. I don't. There's a lot of fine parks out there and Morgan isn't about to buy them all and screw them up. Actually, there's actually one good thing about Morgan - they're beginning to give KOA a good name.
Avan, not sure why you think this post was directed at you because as far as I can tell you never posted in the original thread. I don't want this one to deteriorate into bashing. Multiple people on the other thread looked for the contact info and couldn't find it. I just supplied what they were looking for. Whether or not anyone chooses to use it is their decision.
For those of you who think this type of thing doesn't work, please see Salrosa's thread titled "Morgan Resorts". Management can't fix a problem they don't know exists.
