The antenna for the TV looks bent, the wing should face rearward, something not right with that. The skylight looks like it maybe in need of replacement, too. The tires are garbage, expect $1000 in tires. It looks like this rig sat uncovered for a long time. I would check for delam all along the roof line and walk on the roof. I'd offer him $12,500 if everything checks out, since it needs tires. If the generator is missing..forget it. Walk away.

From first hand experience, I can tell you that things are selling above NADA retail in my area. I'm not sure about yours.
Personally, I wouldn't consider any unit without at least one slide. Not only will it make it more comfortable for you while you own the unit, it will make it much better for resale.

But, it appears that this is not a good buy, so I am thinking of passing this off and keep looking. I am not in a hurry to buy one, but would like to buy one soon to make sure everything is ready for the upcoming summer. We are planning on taking a two months long trip to travel far west from here. There are 5 of us, my wife and me, along with 3 children.
You should know after you look at it. It is a much better deal than the post about a 1985 for $12K. Just make sure they know payment will be made after the physical inspection.
The coolant tank seems to have a lot of crud in it so I expect a flush of all fluids will be in order for the next owner. This is the type of purchase as I see it with good potential due to it being new enough to have another 10+ years of service with normal care.

I wouldnt buy from that seller regardless of the condition. Look at his feedback, its terrible. I only went back 4 years in his history and he has 10 negatives and numerous neutrals and withdrawn negatives. I look at feedback first then the item. In this case I never even looked at the MH, keep looking.

I saw that, but that is based on bare bone, correct?
For used coaches the options have little value. Base your decision on the "bare" price. You don't know what was an option and what was standard.
BTW, do you really want to spend $13,000 blind? You need to inspect the coach. Are there water spots on the ceiling or on the walls that somehow never were seen by the camera? Does the engine actually run? Smoothly? Do the brakes work as they should? Does the refrigerator actually cool down? Will it make ice? Do the seats have broken springs? Does it smell?......
Just a few of the questions that can only be answered by a personal inspection.

I agree 100% with the above poster. This seller has terrible feedback over the years. I would run from this RV and seller.

One more thing - he insists you contact him BEFORE bidding. This is unusual in Ebay auctions. I'd guess it's so he can try to "sell" you over the phone.
Obviously, he's NOT a "Dream Seller". The rig needs work he's unlikely to do - and that's seen in his lack of description and the photos. I suspect this unit has been "ridden hard". It was not a quality unit to begin with, and I wouldn't expect any surprises to the up-side.
Ebay is GREAT for armchair-dreaming, but finding a great buy is time consuming.
I recently drove two states away to see a unit that was offered at a cheap price. It was at a side-of-the-road used car lot selling lower level used cars and a few RV's - most bought at auction. The RV's looked GREAT on Ebay, but weren't worth the low prices because the problems couldn't be fixed - so many things they promised would be fixed, but some could never be fixed.
From the movie "CHRISTINE" - "You can't polish a turd".

Look on Craigs list, there may be a private seller near you. I sold my brothers Z-28 to a man just 25 miles away and there aren't any fees. With 3 children you may want to buy a Class C and locally I have seen several sitting out for sale.( A and C's) A lot of folks are out of work and are selling their rigs.

I would not recommend buying it for many reasons - some of them listed above....It would be a big mistake IMO. Keep looking.
A cheap RV could be one of the most expensive things you ever buy.
