Guest, is yours a 8700 series.
WFCO told me all available rating is available for charging.
The 8735 manual suggest a max 30A fuse!
"Six 12 Vdc circuits (including one battery circuit, one circuit for slideouts)
Maximum of 30 Adc fuse for DC circuits 5 and 6 (all others max. 20 Adc)"

"For any of our converters there is no way to control current entering into the battery. If the battery resistance is low it will draw up to the limit of the converter minus the electrical load of the RV."

I can't answer that until April! Or won't rather. It's way too burrowed into the back of the garage for the winter. Now you have me wondering if my battery circuit has the wrong fuse in it. Food for Spring investigations!
