You're probably smarter than me, but when this happened to me all I had to do was pull the beds back out, stow the DOOR on the ceiling, and push the bed back in!!

But I'll suggest it anyways, just in case you're NOT smarter than me!

This can happen but only once then you remember.

We had a similar problem, and took it to the dealer. They found that the plywood was warped so they just flipped it over, and now it slides in perfectly.

Check the "back-saver" mechanism (where the poles are attached to the bed). We've had the lever that makes the mechanism work get bent a little too much and it was catching on the PUP box when we tried to push it in. Not easy to detect, as just a little too much bend is all it takes.

I've had something similar to this but it was the clamps that hold the bed supports against the plywood that had been strained such that the end of bed supports came in contact with the PUP box. Straightened the clamps and every thing worked.

Hope this helps,

Ruide

I just sent them a PM hoping they'll respond....it would be nice for those who seek help, to let others know how it turned out so that if they get into the same situation, they know the fix.

Response from SGS: The slider came off the track. I had to unscrew the slider and remove it.
Thanks for checking.
