Good afternoon everyone. Sorry I didn't post this morning, I ran out of time and had to leave for work. I was too busy primping in front of the mirror this morning. Admiring my new clothes and new shoes Shopping is so much fun now that I am a size 8. Sooooo many choices.

Dwight, you get an Atta Boy. I hope if one of my dogs ever manages to escape and get lost that a good Samaritan like yourself finds him.

I talked to a lady in a store once that had a cute little doxie with her. I asked about him and she said she didn't know, she had found him a few days prior, in another city wandering around and picked him up. I was horrified that she thought finders keepers, losers weepers. I would be devastated if someone found my dog and just kept him.

Linda and Robin, Jill & Bill have a great trip, have fun and don't forget to share your pictures with the rest of us.

Lee, pitter patter, pitter patter, meow, meow

Oh Doug...you are so missed!! I have Doug's missives from the road saved on one of my drives somewhere. For a price I might share with Lee...but, if we could talk Doug into another trip in a few years, well he is the expert in our group on a summer trip to Alaska. Or, how about a slide show tour Doug? Do you have pictures on disk somewhere? Just thinkin....

I agree with Terry - Lee, quit slapping the kitty! Poor little thing. Will she ever be happy living outside again when her owners return? Or will she pine for Lee and Shelia and have to go live at their house? LOL. Close enough Sam could just drop her off one day....

Linda & Robin have a great time. Look forward to your blog about the trip!

And Dwight, we will be at the original Brown's Town (south side of town by the radio station and golf course). The other ones are Brown's Owens River Campground and Millpond Campground at the far end (toward Mammoth) of town. They also have a concession for the camping south of Bishop at Keough Hot Springs. We have stayed there on a return home trip when Brown's Town was full. It was nice, just less developed/less trees. Enjoy your trip - I love Mammoth in the summer and wouldn't miss a visit to The Stove for breakfast, yum!

Actually, Juanita and I are organizing a 2012 Alaska Caravan for the Cedar Creek RV Owners Club for summer 2012, June to September. We are doing our National Rally in Verdi, Nevada for a week. Heading from there to the 100th anniversary celebration of the Calgary Stampede for another seven days, then heading north and west for the Yukon and Alaska. Maybe we'll see Lee and Shelia on the road.

Ahhhhh The Stove, yes one of my favorites in Mammoth. I normally do the Forest Service Campgrounds when up there but because of the heat and as I understand it, the mosquito's, were going to try Golden Pine CG in June Lake....

Hey Doug...I wanna go to Alaska, can a paint Cedar Creek on the MH? Just thinking out loud....

Good Thursday morning! Boy this week is going by fast. I love 3-day work weeks. I think every week should be a 3-day work week... but with a 5-day work week pay check

A trip to Alaska sounds great. However, I would like to take a cruise to Alaska during the month of August, when the whales are in the area. In fact, I am hoping to do that next year in honor of our 35th wedding anniversary. I just need to convince my husband of this!

Off to work, have a good day all!

Ha ha ha.... There will be NO CATS living at the "Brandt" house hold trust me on this... Key word in that last sentence is LIVING end of discussion!

Alaska Hmmmmmm Dwight we could just follow and be like a couple of lost Puppy's who have lost their way. I am sure Linda and Sam would poke along too! Then there's Jill and Bill also. Oh wait and how could I forget. Terry and her "Other" half will have to make it because as we all know that man NEEDS to take a few months off. He works way to hard and by then Social Security will need the rest...

We could meet "The Cedar Creek Gang" somewhere outside the Calgary Stampede. What would they do push us off a cliff????? Hee hee hee

Make It A Great Day
