I am sorry to hear of Puppers health issues...do to him having an enlarged esophagus I would ask your DVM about megaesophagus...it is often under diagnosed....and may go along with Addisons...if you have any questions about ME...feel free to contact me...

Hi everyone,
Just an update. Puppers went from bad to worse. The vet's opinion was that there was nothing more they could do and it would be best to put him down.
On February 14th I took Puppers to the vet and he went to sleep. I brought him home and buried him next to the other dog, 1 cat and 14 goats. He will be missed but I believe he's in a much better state. No pain and sickness.
Unfortunately not everyone in my family was happy with this decision but it was the right decision for him.

So sorry. Lack of agreement with the decision adds another level of pain with the situation. In time I hope everyone comes to peace with the outcome.

Well, it took a lot of strength for you to make that call. I have to admire you for that. Sometimes people keep their beloved pets going past the quality of life resolution, but it's just so hard. Especially when the little rascals are better one day and worse the next. Thank you for releasing Puppers before his inevitable downhill slide. Bless his little heart.
