I am thinking about buying one of these. Was wondering what kind of a deal one could expect from a dealer on a new unit. Any advise would be great. Thanks

The red one...~$15.5k, LE (White) ~$16k. FYI, it's a really nice machine with really good power. With paddles, it's quite a beast in the sand.

Seeing how the XP's just hit dealer floors a couple of months ago your not going to find any smokin deals. I watched an XP and CanAm 1000 both with similar paddles run up Sand Mtn Nevada last weekend and the XP won every time. THey both pulled the hill at about the same speed (slight edge to the XP) but the XP would always get out ahead through the whoops and stayed there til the top. I like the interior, larger bed, and build quality of the CanAm over the XP but the XP's suspension is far superior when it comes to high speed driving.

Price at Abernathys and check Seedealercost.com - it will give you some idea of the deals between the two, but don't count that your local dealer will deal like that.

I'm also very interested in an XP. I just sold my Rhino, want something that's faster and has better suspension.

How does everyone like there XP?

I'm in Central California and have been calling around to get some prices out the door. Most places I've called want right around $18,500 out the door.

Remember, CA prices are 8.75% higher for sales tax (in many areas.)

But, I think I heard sales tax was going down (where it is SUPPOSED TO BE) soon.

If you buy one in AZ and register it there but live in CA does it come back to bite you in the a** later? I know people with sand rails registered in AZ but I think those are more of a CARB smog issue because of the V8 engines.
