I previosly tought my floor warping issue on my 04 FK1900 was water related however I have confirmed it is due to the outer frame supports sagging causing the floor to bow up in the center of my kitchen. I have found several other reports of this on the web and am curious if there is an official fix that WW ever published for this? Has anyone been able to properly address this issue by jacking up the side of the trailer and installing beefier outriggers?

Sorry to hear about your problem. I would contact Warrior Lifestyles there in Cali as they have expertise in WW issues. Their owner and many of their employees were formerly from WW and they have an excellent service department that specializes in WW. You could also take your rig to most any reputable welding shop that specializes in heavy truck trailer manufacturing and they would be able to add additional outriggers and reinforce existing ones. Good Luck!!!

No kidding its all over that board and not just WW. Looks like a lot of the manufacturers are suffering from this probelem.

I dropped an email to Warrior Lifestyles to see if they can provide any recommendations.

I would think the recommendation you need is posted on glamisdunes. A guy named Jim is at a shop in Southern Cali. He knows alot about fixing this problem and has done quite a few of them.

Yes I saw him mentioned as well as Warrior Lifestyles. The problem is I live in Northern California so getting my trailer down there wont be easy. Hoping one of them can recommend a shop in Norcal to do the work but if not I'll make the trip down. It looks like a lot of people weren't even aware of the potential problem until they started looking closer. Mine is pretty obvious as soon as you walk in the trailer.
