Wow!
That's beautiful...
Does the dinette convert to the queen size bed?

No, the table stays as a table and doesn't come down. The Queen bed is in the back and is permanent. Thanks for the compliment.

Well, it sure makes my Trillium look a bit on the "frumpy" side...
I really should give the old girl's coat a shine like you've done for your Scamp!
Is that Redmax I'm looking at?
Thanks!

Hey there Danx2,
Since I am a woodworker I have this appreaciation for a lob well done & as well had done the pre-plaining. For that interior, change that,,,,for the whole rig. You did one fine job. Got'ta like it when someone with your skil take's one of these older classics & does that kind'a work.

Danx2 wrote: Pasusan, thanks for getting those posted. What did you do? I'm not sure what to do in the future so that does not happen. Flickr seems to be a bit weird. Usually whatever picture you want to include in a post you right click on the picture and get the address from that box, but the Flickr images don't have that option - instead it has "View all sizes: Medium 500 • Medium 640 • Large" in the pop up box. I just clicked on view Medium 640 since that is the size we are allowed to post on RV.net.
Then copy the address.... If using Microsoft Internet Explorer right click the new picture and click on Properties and copy the address from that box. If using Google Chrome just click on "Copy image URL"
From there you click on the Image icon above the RV.net post box and paste the address of the picture into appropriate box.
There is a tutorial for posting pictures here.
I just find Flickr to be a bit different from other picture hosting sites.
Hope I didn't make things more confusing... You can PM me if you have more problems.

Thanks for the info. I'll keep the size limitation in the future.

This isn't redmax, which I think is a wax. I put on 5 coats of paint over the fiberglass because of holes and areas the gel coat was missing. The paint was Pettit gloss white. I did it with the roll and tip methode.

I see one problem. Someone put the door on the wrong side.

I believe the Pop Tops were popular in the late 80s and 90s but unfortunately they aren't sold anymore. I would had loved to have one of these. I also like how they do their hybrids. That is with a dual door system, where the outter door acts as a shield over the bunk and the inner door that is the base of the bunk. This is so smart, I can't believe makers here in the US won't do the same. Jayco's division in Australia obviously does this, but not Jayco here.
Here's a question, are the Pop Tops a lot more expensive than the standard Travel Trailer??? Maybe that's why they stop making them. One person near me had one for sale, with it closed, it actually was short enough to get in their garage. Surely a lot nicer than a high wall pop up.
