I had our cameo delivered to sweet grass this year and have since towed it to the lake we are now planning to go on vacation and wondered if their is any preventative maintenance that can be done on the axles?
The only 'axle maintenance' I know of is checking your brake shoes for wear and adjustment, your magnets for operation, bearing for play, and as necessary periodic bearing repacking. (on the order of biannually or less)
Given how much you've spent on this new trailer you've towed only a little (only once?) it seems unlikely there will be any maintenance required at all.
I bought a 2011 in June. I figure the axles are good for 2 years then repack bearings. You might want to torque lug nuts just to make sure.
