If you go to the Lance site, it clearly shows that as a camper for 350 -3500 trucks. My wife i have been eyeballing the 992 since this spring and are considering a trade next year. I think that is a great layout.

A 992 on a 350 SRW is what my stealer and I are talking about. Am I fooling myself by listening to them?

A 992 is heavy for a srw truck. I just bought Atwood swing -out brakets for my Lance 1010, as we sold the srw super-duty I had and bought a dually. We may be looking into a 992 as well.
Look on-line for swing-out brakets as each jack manufacturer has there own.

If you want an answer in a reasonable amount of time, CALL Lance.

My dealer is a long time Lance dealer.
Seems to me that your dealer is interested in a fast sale.
Believe me, you will be sorry if you listen to him.

(Ask some Lance owners on the Lance Owners Forum.)

If you have time and want to talk to a truck camper expert you may want to call Bill Penny.
He runs East End Campers and Truck Camper Warehouse not to far from your area.
They carry a large line of campers and he will give you his opinions on them all.
It would be well worthwhile to take a look at his line-up .

nothing to add pertinent to the question but a 992 is great choice, if I do say so myself.

I will also second the recommendation on visiting Truck Camper Warehouse. This is a first rate dealer with lots of experience and very honest.
