We stayed there last September with our RV club. I believe the group rate was $35. We didn't stay on the front row. We had a great time walking around the bay and walking to dinner. The front row is pricy, but off season the other rows are reasonable and you are in a beautiful area. Balboa Island is a short distance away. California has expensive real estate and so we also have expensive RV Parks. However if you go off season or with a group the price comes down substantially.
