We are hoping someone has some suggestions for a covered storage place near Harlingen. It does not have to be interior storage only covered. Any leads are appreciated!
Not to be discouraging, but, i LIVE here and haven't heard of any such place...maybe you might find a private owner who has barn space or something, but none of the 'commercial' storage places I've heard of have any covered RV parking...in our current facility, no consideration whatsoever was given to RV parking...it's a trick to get square into the spot, and doing so involves swinging in wide to get the TT wheels into the spot, cutting the other direction while pulling forward, then putting the truck in reverse and shoving the thing into the spot backwards
point being, if you hear of an RV-friendly storage facility anwhere from Penitas to San Benito, would appreciate your passing the info on to us

Check out Dixie RV Storage in La Feria. Not in Harlingen, but also not far either. Most likely you will need to call to make a decision, but the website does give you basic info.
Do you want it for Summer or Winter? In the Mission area there are many privately owned RV lots with covers & awnings. You may be able to find one to rent over Summer when the owners are traveling or go back north???
