Yep, I never thought about the prison either, but have a friend that works there and she set it up, got credit for 4035.00 to take off my taxes.

Hi,
I pray your house sells quickly. I've been trying to sell my 2006 built S&B for over three years, so I can go Full-Timing. I've had only two extremely low offers.

Anyone have any advice? Anyway to make the stress level lower?
When we moved into our motorhome we told the kids and grandkids to come to the house and get what they wanted. Everything that was left was being take to the homeless shelter. When they were finished we had nothing to take to the shelter. Everything we had went to family members. No sweat and no stress....

We are almost ready to go. Feb.29th is the day, actually we will move out of the house on the 23rd and them come back to trash the rest of the stuff. Will be on the road toward AZ on the 29th. Life is good.

Congrats,
My wife will be leaving her job at the end of Feb. also. We will be hitting the road then. We also have a house to sell. Gonna put with a realtor and let the handle the details. We report to our first workamper assignment in mid March at a GA power recreation are near Columbus. Good Luck with the transition.

I am in the process of doing the same. The kitchen is done and half of everything is now in the 5er. I had to keep the rest so I can at least cook myself something. lol
I spent 6 hr today painting the family room today. I had to have a new ceiling put is because of a pipe break. If I never paint another textured ceiling again it will be too soon. I can have them start putting the wood flooring down next wk. When that is done there will not be anything in that room. Next wk I start on 1 of the bedrooms. When it is done I will close the door to it.
I am sore as heck tonight but I feel so good it is almost done. The only room I will not paint myself is the living room as it has cathedral ceiling. I will pay someone to do that.
My plans are to have the house on the market this spring.
