I have one of those speciality hitch and love it. As far as Schuck Cushion set up, the play is in the area where the receiver and hitch connect, this set up shows an insert into the receiver, that is where the play is, not down below where the ball attaches. I can not see where this will help.

Is this similar to the "Air Ride" system? Air Ride goes in an "up and down" motion, this system appears to use an "in and out" motion. Air Ride has been actively trying to sell me their hitch. I am close to buying it. Especially with the poor quality of some interstate highways. Any thoughts on effectiveness?

Apparently, the Convert A Ball cushions both up and down and in and out. I am having a heck of a time finding a Southern Calif dealer who handles it, though -- very surprising, given the size of this market!!
