Its snowing in PA in October. Caught by supprise. Was planning one more camoing trip but not now. Bought RV antifreeze last night as it was to freeze last night and the next few nights. I drained what I could and dumped 4 gallons in the fresh water tank. Pumped it threw the system. Took a while to find the water heater and pump. Manual doesn't tell where anything is. Kinda worthless for doing any work on the thing.

Yup dh blew the lines out last night when he got home from work. We were upset we didn't get reservation for this weekend, but looks like that was a good thing. I don't think snow and camping would work for us

I waited to long to head south with the first night stop being in PA. Now I am stuck here until next week. Hopefully the snow will have melted by the time I get there.

We got an inch or so the other day and it is snowing now here in upstate NY. The weatherman says we might get 2-4 inches this time. Too early for this,is it spring yet?

I'm guessing somewhere in Colorado, judging from his map and his snowfall. I live in the foothills west of Denver, and got about a foot of snow this past Tuesday & Wednesday. I grew up in Philly, and snow is indeed rare in October, but out here it is expected.

I can remember when snow before/on Halloween was normal.
We always had to dress warmly to go trick-or-treating.

We drove home this afternoon in the storm from a week of camping/exploring in the Lancaster PA area. The roads were pretty bad with an inch or more of heavy wet slush and snow. On the way we passed eight weather related traffic accidents including an SUV laying on its side, a car in the ditch and several 2-3 car fender benders.
