Hello,

Just sharing positive experience with a repair shop; One morning last September on our way to Colorado the starter on our Onan 4000 burned.

That could be an easy fix only if I could see let alone reach the "/¤¤¢¦¬ starter ! this Onan has a plastic cap that cannot be lift unless the complete unit is off the motorhome so there was no way for me do fix it myself..

We where travelling on I-70 when we noticed a sign for a repair shop, on exit 45 called " TNT RV & Generator Services "; We were there just before opening hours so We had breakfast; employees started to arrive but waited till five after 8am to get in, not wanting to rush anybody
The owner Mr Gary Tischhauser had a look at the Onan and confirm the problem and assure they had the part and wouls start on it first thing !

The work was complete very professionnally, had them service the unit and ajust valves as well, all for a very fair price! at 1:30 pm, We w where back on the road.

Thanks again to Gary and his friendly staff
